This Week in Congress - w/ Action Opportunity
Sat Mar 04, 2006 at 04:42:21 PM PDT
In a comment to a diary I posted a few weeks ago, someone asked whether there was a way to know what Congress was doing in advance. Anyway, I figured I post this week's schedule for the House, below the jump.
If there's something here you have an opinion on, write your Representative here: http://www.house.gov/writerep/. Or better, make an appointment to talk to a staffer in their district office.
If you want to find the whole text of a bill, visit http://thomas.loc.gov. If you want to see what amendments are being offered, visit http://www.rules.house.gov/. Let me know if you find this useful or if you have any questions.
